Beacon is a solar powered light sculpture featuring cast plants collected as a snapshot of one summer day. It celebrates the diverse habitats across the borough and is tighly tactile and therefore interactive, designed for touch and especially for those with visual impairments.

Part of the artists's NATURA series of nature inspired commissions for the £240 million town centre redevelopment 'The Lexicon' across 580,000 sq ft.
