Teen Outreach Project for the SWIFTLY Public Art Trail

HEYFORD PARK SOUNDS was a FREE creative arts workshop funded by Dorchester Living and Cherwell Council for local teenagers aged 11-17yrs to create a soundscape using their mobile phones in Heyford Park near Bicester.

A collaboration between lead artist Kerry Lemon, sound artist Simon James, theatre maker Laura Mugridge and filmmaker/ photographer Emma Brown to inform Kerry's public art strategy for the new development. The creative workshop created a brand new audio soundscape by exploring, recording and mixing sounds recorded on mobile phones with accompanying film.
