Berkshire
36 x unique botanical paving slabs in granite and brass designed to create a nature trail through the town centre. This area has 9x SSI sites - habitats of local, national or international importance and the diversity is a result of the clay alkaline soil in the north of the borough and the acid heathland in the south. Kerry used the High Street as an arbitory dividing line, locating the northern floral species in the streets above the main street and the acidic loving southern plants in the streets below to reflect the species location in the wider borough.
